William Smith is a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with 32 years of combined active and reserve service. A decorated Army Green Beret, he completed multiple combat rotations to Iraq and Afghanistan, bringing exceptional leadership and experience to every mission.

In addition to his military service, William served with distinction as a Sergeant in the San Antonio Police Department, retiring after 21 years of dedicated law enforcement work.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University.

William has a deep respect for those who commit their lives to serving others—both in uniform and beyond—and is passionate about supporting military and law enforcement professionals through their transitions and beyond.
